They completed all I asked them to do.
Carried out the work as required plus they sorted out a further issue.
Health check failed to notice adblue was empty, I had to top up 10l less than a day after the service. Under tray access panel to sump drain bolt was not fixed back into place and left hanging.
My car was at the garage approx 8 hours and the brake fluid was checked and was found to be ok ,I was informed that an auxiliary part was needed at a cost of 370 pounds plus labour and the cost of flushing out the windscreen washers would be 120 pds
Dear Mr Stimson, your booking was originally for a brake fluid change but after key reading your vehicle, I was actually the vehicle check service that was showing due instead of the brake fluid Service. I apologise if their was confusion in this matter. The Aux belt was found to be deteriorating which required replacement and the quoted price is accurate for replacement. Service advisor Max was really helpful a d kept me informed. The only downside was that vehicle was ot washed.
Again,before EGR-completely satisfied After,I have found that EGR has missing bolts - completely dissatisfied Now,despite the car hasn't been fixed last time,I get good response from James - Fairly satisfied

Generally ok but disappointed promised map update not available.
Only after considerable conversation with service staff was I able to get the urgent repairs bought forward to a reasonable date. Additional, although they offered 'a complimentary valet' this was done to a very poor standard.
The reason I gave 5 stars was due to my experience when I brought my car in for work that was required on it I dealt with a lady called Shannon Ince who was very helpful in sorting every thing out for me nothing was to much trouble for her thankyou

I think they should have warned me that the parts may not be available and in that case I would have asked for a courtesy car rather than a home collection/delivery.

Complimentary wash was terrible. Taken by service advisor to have re washed, still didn't notice that service light had not been turned off. Then turned off. Hour and half wasted of what should have been a 5 minute pick up. Disappointed.
The jobs was done on schedule and the complimentary car clean is a good idea,

The girl who did the handover after my car had been MOT'd and had a brake fluid change clearly had no knowledge of anything mechanical - if she had received training,it certainly wasn't evident.
Staff not showing any concern by firstly reading the collection sheet to find out has the vehicle been brought in for (A) Repairing or (B) Servicing or (C) Both?

unhelpful, no communication, never returned phone calls, could not give accurate information of what the problems where, parts where ordered but did not confirm when, could not confirm when parts would arrive. frankly it was unbelievable.
Appreciate the pick-up and drop off service and all the staff I have spoken to have been excellent. However, not a 5 star as car was dropped off with damage to the rear door. This is in the process of being resolved.
Service light back on within 1 week!
They were helpful, efficient and handled my service without any problems. The showroom was clean and tidy and very pleasant to look around while waiting for my car to be serviced.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, they were absolutely outstanding! 2 other family members have now bought from Stratstone as a result of their excellent customer experience.

They ordered me a tyre and arranged to have it fitted for me at short notice
Although the fault I reported was not evident at the check, I was informed that there was nothing broken in the immediate area of the fault and that the car was safe to drive.

There was a day's delay in obtaining parts for the repair.
Service indicator was not reset - 2nd time this has occured. Alloy wheels were left in worse than when they came in - looks as if the lacquer had been removed in places. Supposed to provide a quote for alloy wheel refurbishment - still waiting.
Always a good service
Although service completed in the day, I was not given a call (as requested and agreed) when car ready for collection. This resulted in a dash to collect before closing time & total lack of feedback about service/healthcheck

Additional work to car was called for , emergency recall , we had our One year grandson with us who was now getting ready for feed . The lovely young man on service desk arranged a curtesy car for to take home the child . And called it was done
As a low mileage car only having 2000 miles since last service being told suspension was worn ?? Also after overfilling the engine with oil by them on the last service to be charged a high amount it doesn't take a genius to figure out
No problems with booking the service and all carried out without fuss.
It would have been 5 stars but I had to return to the garage because they hadn't stamped or signed the cars service booklet.
I do not believe that I have been treated or charged either fairly or appropriately. Communication around this issue was unacceptable.
The car has the the jobs highlighted completely finished and the check system works well

See above. I tried to get in touch with Nick Wilson as the sign outside the dealership suggests only to be told he'd left and that there was no-one else I could complain to. I worked for 30 years in customer service and yours is currently very poor.
Have had my 17 year old pride and joy in twice with recalls. Both times I was treated extremely well, the second time even lending me a loan car so I could still get around! Honestly, the best customer service I've ever witnessed.
Because of the Service staff who went out their way to accommodate my needs and service was done and reported on back to me.
