Very satisfied in general had warranty work carried out at chesterfield on a rear shocker knocking 4 series g22 model changed it no problems but very surprised they only changed one side when work done like this in the past both was changed ??

The service representative was efficient, informative and friendly. I was notified in good time when my car was ready. It was a pity, however, that you seem to have withdrawn the complimentary wash and vac.

My car had a warranty issue with the display screen blacked out, I managed to get booked in very quickly by the team at Stratstone Chesterfield. Everyone was very friendly and Natasha was very efficient, friendly check in and kept me updated.

During the buying process, I specifically asked on two occasions if the car I was buying, had automatic high beam dipping. I was told 'YES' I have since found out that I have to purchase this facility, separately.
